*NOTE: EP-23-O completed balloting and was approved on 12/13/13. However, CEA-CEB3 was developed and balloted under EP-23-N. Therefore, the voting process will complete in accordance with EP-23-N.
The Consumer Electronics Manufacturers Association (CEMA) was requested by its members to develop a Recommended Practice for the presentation of technical information for Camcorders and recording Video Cameras. The R-4.2 subcommittee found that that in current practice most manufacturers include a Specification page in the products Owners Manual.
